Toothpaste, salt, baking soda, and lemon juice
What you have to do is simply combine toothpaste, salt (just a pinch of salt will work wonders), baking soda, along with 4- 5 drops of lemon juice in a bowl and then start brushing teeth with this combination for around 4 – 5minutes. The difference is easily visible in just one use. Thiscan be used once every 2 months.
Galvanised charcoal
Galvanised or activated charcoal is supposed to be the easiest and most cheap way of cleaning teeth naturally. You just have to squeeze a tablet of charcoal and make a powder out of it. Dip your toothbrush in that and brush teeth.
Strawberry
Won’t it be nice if we got to use, all those items which we love to bite on? Yes, that right. I am talking about strawberry. Take a ripe strawberry, mash it with the spoon. Start brushing your teeth with this yummy fruit, until your yellow stains disappear.
Water combined with Lemon juice
Combine both Lemon Juice and water in the equal amount to help your teeth shine white and also to discard your oral cavity.
Apple cider vinegar and water
Saturate half a teaspoon of ACV or apple cider vinegar, in a glass full of water. Swill mouth with it each morning before brushing teeth.
Sea salt, lemon juice, and toothpaste
Combine half a teaspoon sea salt with fresh lime9 no, we are certainly not making lime soda), a little amount of toothpaste also has to be added. After which this has to be applied onto teeth and left for a minute or so, before washing mouth.
Baking powder and lemon juice
Take a teaspoon of baking powder and a teaspoon of fresh lime juice. Apply onto teeth for just 2 minutes and see the wonder.
Hydrogen peroxide
Hydrogen peroxide is not to be used by anyone who has sensitive teeth, so do keep this thing in mind, before trying this. In case your teeth are not sensitive, then put the cotton swab in peroxide, and gently rub onto teeth
Baking soda and lemon juice
A pinch of baking soda has to be put onto toothbrush along with a few drops of lemon juice to get shining white pearls.
Powdered milk and toothpaste
Powered Milk along with toothpaste will enhance the whiteness and shin of teeth, also making them healthy. Put a bit of toothpaste on the toothbrush, add a little-powdered milk on top of it, and then start brushing.
Do whatever suits you and see the difference in your teeth. But, don’t do it if you are facing issues with teeth.
